أسرة الاسير محمد الزروق عبدالله اغنيه تناشد المنظمات الدولية، الصليب الأحمر الدولي ومجموعات العمل الخاصة بالإختفاء القسري والإعتقال التعسفي التابعة لمكتب المفوض السامي لحقوق الإنسان التابع للأمم المتحدة، بضرورة العمل على تأمين الإفراج عنه ونقله عاجلا إلى عائلته بموطن إقامته بمدينة بني وليد.

REPORT ON A CASE OF ENFORCED DISAPPEARANCE

Dear Sirs

This is kindly to inform you of the situation of one of the Libyan Citizens who was disappeared since 06/06/2011 and kidnapped by the gangs of Ghadaffi in the City of Beni Walid / Libya.

The following is his personal information about the Detainee:

Name: Mohammed Azzaroug Abdalla GHNYAH
Age: 49 years Status: Married
Occupation: businessman
Date of disappearance: 06/06/2011
Place of disappearance: Bani Walid Libya
The last place it was seen: the so-called "JAHFAL Bani Walid"
Last seen Date: 08/06/2011

According to the Declaration on the Protection of all Persons from Enforced Disappearance Adopted by General Assembly resolution 47/133 of 18 December 1992. His family are kindly requesting all the Concerned agencies, the International Red Cross and the working groups of enforced disappearance and arbitrary detention of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the United Nations, to help us and work to secure his safety & release him to his family, to his homeland in the city of Bani Walid/Libya.

His family are deeply concerned about his safety, moreover, we are suffering as result of his disappearance, his old sick mother & his 5 young girls are crying most of the day. No news at all since his appearance.

We are in urgent need of your help
